As his successor, Ulrich Scheib will take over the position of the Chairman of the Board of MT Aerospace AG on April 1, 2024. He has been with the company since 2015 and has been responsible for the areas of programs, sales and Kourou activities. He has been a member of the Executive Board since 2020. In this position, Ulrich Scheib has played an active role in shaping the transition of MT Aerospace AG and will continue to drive this forward as CEO.

"I am stepping down with gratitude for the years we have spent together and the trust that the employees and the Supervisory Board have placed in me. Together we have laid a strong foundation and I am convinced that Ulrich Scheib will lead the company successfully into the future," said Hans J. Steininger on his resignation.
