Dr. Wolfgang Konrad to leave MT Aerospace

... This was announced today by the Supervisory Board and Management Board of MT Aerospace AG.
“We regret Wolfgang Konrad’s decision to leave the company and thank him for his services and dedication. We wish him every success in his new professional pursuits”, said Hans J. Steininger, CEO of MT Aerospace AG.
Dr. Konrad had been appointed to MT Aerospace AG’s Management Board on October 1, 2010 and assumed technical responsibility for the company’s programs including its contribution to the successful European launcher Ariane 5. MT Aerospace produces around ten percent of the structures and tanks of the ARIANE 5, making it the largest supplier of components for this program outside France. In addition, it develops and fabricates high-performance products such as propellant and pressurized tanks as well as complex structural components for the aviation and space industry as well as antennas and mechatronic systems.
